Ezy-it LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how to report alleged copyright infringement of material accessible through ezyitai.com and how counter-notices are handled, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").
Filing a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (see contact below). Your notice must include all of the following so we can process it:
What a valid takedown notice must contain
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (a URL is best).
- Reasonable contact information for the complainant (postal address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, AND that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act.
Knowingly false notices may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Incomplete notices may not be processed.
What we do after receiving a valid notice
- We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously.
- We will notify the user who posted the material with a copy of the notice and an explanation of the action taken.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated under our repeat-infringer policy.
Counter-notice
If you are a user whose content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Send it to the Designated Copyright Agent and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in the district where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., the District of Wyoming) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or that complainant's agent.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action seeking a restraining order against you within ten (10) business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Ezy·it terminates accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices against content they uploaded. We may also remove or restrict access to content that we believe in good faith violates the rights of others, even without a formal notice. We aim to balance the rights of copyright owners with the legitimate use of our service by job seekers and the career-specialist team.
