Ezy·it vs applying by hand

Applying by hand means finding each role, tailoring your resume for it and filling the employer's application form yourself, one job at a time; Ezy·it does those three steps for you from one profile, and you keep control with Review.

What changes

• Finding roles. By hand: you search site by site. Ezy·it: roles that fit your profile come from employers' career sites and hiring systems into one workspace; you can also paste any job link.
• Tailoring. By hand: you edit the resume and rewrite answers for each job. Ezy·it: Ezy Agent tailors the resume and the answers for each role from the facts in your profile. It never invents experience, employers, dates or credentials.
• Filling the form. By hand: the same details typed into every employer's form. Ezy·it: Ezy Agent fills the employer's own form in your desktop Chrome; sign-ins, one-time codes and questions only you can answer are handed to you.
• Submitting. By hand: you press Submit. Ezy·it: Ezy fills and submits your applications for you — turn on Review if you'd like to check each one before it's sent.
• Tracking. By hand: a spreadsheet, if anything. Ezy·it: every application, its status and your credit use in one place.

What stays the same

• You decide which roles to go for and how many a day (the daily limit is yours to set).
• Your resume stays yours: the facts come from the file you uploaded and the profile you reviewed.
• Interviews are still you. Ezy·it gets the applications out; it does not promise interviews or offers.

When applying by hand is still the right call

• A single dream role where you want to write every word yourself.
• Employers whose forms Ezy Agent does not support yet; it tells you when a step needs you, and some forms are review-only.
• You do not use desktop Chrome: Ezy Agent runs in your own Chrome through the Ezy·it extension.
