How to apply on Lever job pages from India

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Lever is a hiring system whose job pages (jobs.lever.co) take the application on one page: your details, resume, links and the employer's questions, with no account.

On 11 October 2026, 2,968 of the 1,94,325 open India jobs in Ezy·it's feed (about 2%) applied through Lever. Lever careers addresses look like jobs.lever.co/company/…/apply.

Employers you will meet on Lever

Meesho, Paytm, Mindtickle, Brillio, Keyloop, Saviynt, Aera Technology: jobs in Ezy·it's public job feed on 11 October 2026 whose apply link is a Lever job page. Names belong to their owners; Ezy·it is not affiliated with Lever or these employers.

The steps

  1. Open the job on jobs.lever.co and press Apply for this job.
  2. Attach your resume and fill your name, email, phone, current location and current company.
  3. Add links the employer asks for, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, a portfolio or a Naukri profile.
  4. Answer the employer's questions: text, yes or no, checkboxes, and often How did you hear about us.
  5. Press Submit application; a human check (hCaptcha) can appear at this point.

Common traps

  • Location is a typeahead; pick one of its suggestions.
  • How did you hear about us: choose the source that is true (for example the employer's own site, LinkedIn or Naukri), not the first option.
  • Apply with LinkedIn is a different route; the form on the page is the full application.
