The steps
- Open the job from the employer's careers page; RippleHire links carry a session code.
- If a privacy notice appears (HDFC Bank, Tata Steel, Tredence and UST show one), read it and press I Agree to continue.
- Fill the form: email, phone, date of birth, full name, total and relevant experience, current salary with currency, notice period and current city.
- Attach your resume and accept the terms.
- Submit.
Common traps
- A saved or bookmarked RippleHire job link can show an “unknown error”; open the job again from the employer's careers page.
- Axis Bank's form asks for names as per Aadhaar and a pincode, uploads the resume in a pop-up window that fills the form, and needs a data-protection consent (Review & Accept) before Submit is enabled.
- LTIMindtree asks for a PAN check first and its jobs open only from ltimindtree.com/careers.
- Relevant experience means experience in this job's field, which can be less than your total experience.
