How to apply on TurboHire careers sites in India

Last updated: 11 October 2026

TurboHire is a hiring platform used by Indian employers (company.turbohire.co): you sign in with your email and a one-time code, build a short profile from your resume, then apply.

TurboHire careers addresses look like company.turbohire.co/job/publicjobs/….

Employers you will meet on TurboHire

JSW Group, Flipkart, Lenskart: the employers' own TurboHire careers sites, checked on 11 October 2026. Names belong to their owners; Ezy·it is not affiliated with TurboHire or these employers.

The steps

  1. Open the job and press Apply (some jobs say Sign in to apply).
  2. Enter your email, then the one-time code TurboHire sends to it.
  3. Use Autofill with Resume to fill your profile: name, phone and the resume itself; more details such as addresses, date of birth, education and experience sit under additional fields.
  4. Check the profile, tick TurboHire's privacy policy box, and press Next.
  5. Submit the application.

Common traps

  • The phone country can change on its own (we saw +91 switch to +1); check it before you continue.
  • Current address and permanent address are separate boxes.
  • Dates use DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Some jobs also offer Apply via WhatsApp; that is a separate route from the website application.

How Ezy Agent helps today

Beta — works, may leave a few fields for you (updated 11 Oct 2026). Ezy Agent works through the TurboHire profile from your resume and profile, putting your own answers over the site's guesses; the one-time code and a few employer-specific boxes may still need you. Keep Review on and check before you submit.

Another site? Paste the job link — Ezy Agent tells you before it starts if it can't fill it. The full status by system is on Supported sites; packs and prices are on Pricing.

Questions

Does TurboHire need a password?

No password on the sites we have seen: you sign in with your email and a one-time code.

What does Autofill with Resume do on TurboHire?

It reads your resume into the TurboHire profile. Check the name split, phone country and dates it filled.

Why did my phone country change to +1?

We saw TurboHire's phone box switch countries without anyone editing it. Set it back to India (+91) before you continue.
