Workday is the hiring system behind many large employers' careers sites: each employer runs its own Workday site, you create an account on it, and the application moves through about five pages before you press Submit.
On 11 October 2026, 33,280 of the 1,94,325 open India jobs in Ezy·it's feed (about 17%) applied through Workday. Workday careers addresses look like company.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com (the number after wd varies by employer).
Employers you will meet on Workday
Wells Fargo (Bengaluru), Citi (Gurugram), Carrier (Hyderabad), Sanofi (Hyderabad), PwC (Gurugram), Comcast (Chennai), GSK (Mumbai): India jobs in Ezy·it's public job feed on 11 October 2026 whose apply link is a Workday careers site. Names belong to their owners; Ezy·it is not affiliated with Workday or these employers.
The steps
- Open the job on the employer's Workday careers site and press Apply.
- Choose how to start: Autofill with Resume, Apply Manually, or Use My Last Application if you have applied there before.
- Sign in or create an account for that employer (email and password, often confirmed by an email link).
- My Information: choose India as the country first, then your name, address and phone, and how you heard about the job.
- My Experience: work history, education, skills, your resume (up to 5 MB) and links such as LinkedIn.
- Application Questions: the employer's own questions, such as work authorisation in the job's country.
- Voluntary Disclosures: questions such as gender (with a Decline to State option) and the terms checkbox.
- Review: a read-only summary of every page; the button now says Submit.
Common traps
- Every employer has its own Workday account: an account made on one company's site does not sign you in on another's.
- The country starts as United States on many sites; picking India changes the name, address and phone fields, so pick it before filling the rest.
- Dates in My Experience are month and year boxes, not a calendar; type them in the boxes.
- Autofill with Resume reads your resume into work history and education; check every date, employer and school it filled.
- Required questions often show only “Select One” on the dropdown; the real question is in the text above it.
- Some employers add a sixth page (for example self-identification); the progress bar at the top shows how many pages there are.
How Ezy Agent helps today
Being added — this month (updated 11 Oct 2026). Ezy Agent opens Workday applications and fills what it can from your profile, but it does not yet finish every Workday page reliably, and the employer's sign-in stays yours. With Review on, nothing is submitted until you have checked it.
Another site? Paste the job link — Ezy Agent tells you before it starts if it can't fill it. The full status by system is on Supported sites; packs and prices are on Pricing.

Questions
Do I need a separate Workday account for every company?
Yes. Each employer runs its own Workday site, so the account you create belongs to that employer's site only.
Should I use Autofill with Resume?
It saves typing, but it can misread dates, employers and schools. Check every field it fills on the My Experience page before you continue.
Why do the fields change when I pick India?
Workday adapts the name, address and phone fields to the country you choose, so choose India first and then fill the rest.
